Barnegat Light Concert Schedule- Summer 2018
Outdoor concerts are what summers all about. Theres just something about setting down your beach chair and blanker and grooving away to the music that puts your mind at ease. Barnegat Light has concerts all summer long for your enjoyment, take a look at the full schedule below.
Once again, don’t forget your chair or blanket as seating is limited! These concerts will be held at the eith street bayfront gazebo until construction finishes on the brand new pavilion! Once the pavilion is completed the music will move there.
Saturday, July 7 – The Liberty Band – 6:30pm at the gazebo.
Monday, July 9 – The Following – 7 p.m at the gazebo. Rock music by a local Barnegat Light band.
Monday, July 16 – The Danksters – 7 p.m at the gazebo or pavilion. “A collection of great musicians who formed a band on Long Beach Island in 2005. They play an eclectic mix of all genres,” describes the borough calendar of events.
Saturday, July 21 – Treble Makers – 7 p.m at the gazebo or pavilion. Members from this outreach troupe of Our Gang Players are coming home to Barnegat Light to perform show tunes.
Monday, July 23 – The Kootz – 7 p.m at the gazebo or pavilion. “A group of Jersey-guys and their friends who just can’t seem to retire their guitars, and likely never will,” says their bio. They have a passion for classic rock, pop, soul, blues.
Saturday, July 28 – concert at Barnegat Lighthouse State Park, 7 to 9 p.m. Enjoy a concert outside the gazebo next to the inlet, with a backdrop of the lighthouse, which will be open for a night climb.
Monday, July 30 – The Lighthouse Band – 7 p.m., gazebo or pavilion. Classic rock to bring back memories.
